Description
Davines A New Colour Bleaching Powder does not contain ammonium persulfates (thus it is ammonia-free), it has very low volatility and ensures a controlled lightening process; it also contains a blue pigment for an anti-yellow effect. Like the A New Colour cream base, also the powder is enriched with sodium metasilicate. A New Colour bleaching powder is recommended for all lightening and highlight techniques. It is advisable to apply to dry and non-shampooed hair.
